Need to Return a product?

To return a product at Varnell Nursery, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@varnellnursery.net, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

To request an RMA:

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, Varnell Nursery accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days. However, Varnell Nursery reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward future product purchases.

  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Varnell Nursery on returned items, and Varnell Nursery will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
