Varnell Nursery Shipping OptionsWe use the following shipping methods:United States Postal Priority Mail Federal Express UPS DHL Shipping Policies:Although we use several delivery providers, our experience has been that USPS (United States Postal Service) is generally less expensive for domestic deliveries, and is at least as fast, if not faster, than the other express providers. Therefore, we will ship your order by USPS, unless we determine that there is a significant cost savings with another carrier. International shipments are difficult to estimate and are handled on an individual basis. Tracking your order:Your order will have a unique tracking number assigned at time of purchase. You can use this number to track your shipment by simply going online and entering the tracking number on the appropriate website. Packaging Policies:In preparing your order for shipping, the plant material is removed from the growing pot and the entire plant is misted with water. The root system is then placed in a plastic bag and secured. The plant is then placed in a shipping container and packed with shipping peanuts, or some other packing material to prevent movement of the plant during delivery. This results in your material arriving in excellent condition, ready for planting.
